On 1 July 2011, Mobitel was merged by acquisition to Telekom Slovenije. The main purpose of the merged Telekom Slovenije, d. d. is greater economic efficiency, faster technological development, greater flexibility and responsiveness, inventiveness and a joint presence in the market, with greater ability to adapt to market conditions by focusing on our users' needs and requirements.
