Telekom Slovenije has a five-member Management Board, whose four-year term started in 2010.
IVICA KRANJČEVIĆ, President of the Management Board
Ivica Kranjčević was born on 14 April 1952. In 1975, he graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and immediately started work at Iskra. Three years later he moved on to former PTT Slovenije, where he served at different posts until 1986.

He later worked as the assistant to the president of the Secretariat for Transport and Communications of the Republic of Slovenia, and after that as the assistant to the Minister of Post and Telecommunications at the Ministry of Transport and Communications. From 1992 to 1996, he headed the IT sector at PTT Slovenije, and the telecommunications sector at Telekom Slovenije. In 1996, he became assistant to the CEO at Mobitel, and two years later he became the director of the technical department. Between 1994 and 1999, he also served as the chairman of the Broadcasting Council of the Republic of Slovenia. In March 2007, he took the post of the management board president/general director at Voljatel/Tušmobil, where he remained until the end of October 2009, when he took the helm of the consultancy company Vafer.

ZORAN VEHOVAR, Vice-President of the Management Board
Born in 1963, Zoran Vehovar has a Master's degree in electrical engineering. He has 21 years of experience in telecommunications, 14 of which he spent at Mobitel, where he headed the Technology Department for the last year, and was the Network Department director for two years before that.

His first assignments at Mobitel were in network planning, where he, as the team leader for network design and optimization, successfully worked on designing and optimizing the first generation NMT system, and later on successfully introducing GSM, followed by the third generation UMTS/HSPA and other technologies. He is known as an outstanding expert in telecommunications.

MARKO BOŠTJANČIČ, Member of the Management Board
Born in 1967, Marko Boštjančič has a degree in law and has worked in telecommunications for his entire career. He came to Telekom Slovenije from the mobile operator Bmobile (SI) Limited, where he was both the chief financial officer and the chief operations officer.

Between 2006 and 2009 he served as the chief executive officer and vice-president of the board at Winvest Inc. In the 2002 to 2006 term, he was the president of the management board at ISKRA Transmission, now ISKRA Sistemi, and before that he was the CEO of the MIBO Komunikacije, a system integrator, which he also founded, for 11 years, until the company was acquired by ISKRA Holding.

ZORAN JANKO, Member of the Management Board
Zoran Janko, economist, born in 1952, assumed the position of Mobitel Chief Executive Officer in March 2010, which he held until the merger of Telekom Slovenije and Mobitel, when he became director of Procurement and Logistics of the merged company Telekom Slovenije until his nomination as a board member.

Between 1977 and 1993, he held several positions in Emona, including of the Head of the Foreign Currency Department, Assistant Managing Director of Internal Bank, Finance Director of Emona Holding, and Managing Director of Emona Holding. Afterwards he was the Finance Director at SKB Trading for two years. Zoran Janko joined Mobitel in 1996, where he was, from the very beginning, in charge of finance, accounting and controlling.

DARJA SENICA, Member of the Management Board - Worker Director
Darja Senica started her first four-year term as a Member of the Management Board and Workers' Director at Telekom Slovenije in April 2002. She graduated in economics and has 25 years of work experience. She worked in the field of finance, investment and commerce at the former PTT, and later at Telekom Slovenije's business unit in Celje.

Since the beginning, she has been an active member of the trade union and the Workers' Council, over which she presided the four years prior to appointment as Workers' Director. She also served as a Member and Vice-Chairman of the Telekom Slovenije d.d. Supervisory Board. As the Workers' Director she actively participated in the restructuring and reorganization processes at Telekom Slovenije, in the establishing a new wage system, and the drafting of a new collective agreement, which successfully entered into force on 1 January 2004.
Her third term in the Telekom Slovenije Management
Board started on 8 April 2010.
Worker Director implements the powers arising directly from the law, and has the principal right and duty to take part in the company restructuring and the preparation of materials for the Management Board’s resolutions, in particular relation to the collective labour agreement, payment system and stimulation of the employees, welfare issues, the employee standard of living, cooperation with the Works Council and Telekom Slovenije Conference of Syndicates and cooperation with the Supervisory Board worker representatives.
