Care for Employees at the Workplace
We have been measuring organizational climate and employees' satisfaction in the entire Telekom Slovenia Group. We use the results, which have recently been revealing high employee motivation, in adopting measures for further improvements in individual companies.
Education and Development of Human Resources

Due to fast changes in the ICT field, our business performance and competitive position are closely linked to constant training, so we constantly develop the culture of life-long learning and encourage training of all employees with a developed education program. Employees are invited to attend training events that correspond to their individually set goals throughout the year.
